From lifting 1 million kg's in 24hrs to swimming, cycling and running 381 miles in 5 days with no rest, Josh is no stranger to pushing human performance. 

Josh knows what it takes to succeed with your health & fitness goals and whilst not everyone wants to break world records, everyone needs a coach if they want to climb their own Everest.
