The Foundation Program

This isn't a surface-level coaching program. It's deep, personalised 1:1 work designed to rebuild how you handle pressure, stay steady under stress, and keep showing up for yourself and everyone depending on you.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You're constantly firefighting. Moving from one pressure point to the next without ever feeling like you're actually ahead and you already know that motivation alone doesn't fix it. Neither does another book, another podcast, or another piece of advice that sounds good but doesn't hold up when life actually gets hard.

Real resilience isn't something you're born with or without. It's built deliberately, under real pressure, with the right structure behind you. That's what this program exists to do.

I don't coach from theory

I've had to build my own resilience the hard way. Training through Cystic Fibrosis, lifting 1 million kg's in 24 hours, and raising over £1m along the way. Not to prove a point, but because I know exactly what it takes to stay steady when things are genuinely difficult, not just when it's convenient.

I've coached individuals and groups for years from 1:1 work to corporate training days to groups of up to 30. I built The Foundation Program because real, lasting change needs more than a few sessions. It needs structure, depth and time.

1

Phase one

In weeks 1-4 we start by identifying exactly what's driving your current patterns. The specific situations that derail your state, and the real story underneath them. This phase is entirely built around your life, not a shared framework that everyone gets the same version of.

2

Phase two

In weeks 5-8 we build the skills that actually change how you operate under pressure. Resilience as something trained deliberately, and the communication and influence tools to apply it with the people around you, whatever your specific situation demands.

3

Phase three

The final phase is about making it stick. in weeks 9-12 we rebuild your environment and support system deliberately, then consolidating everything into a plan you carry forward long after our work together ends.

Who is this for?

Parents navigating a child's health condition or high-stress caregiving

Anyone facing major life disruption or sustained pressure

People who've tried generic coaching or advice that hasn't held up under real stress

Anyone ready to commit to 12 weeks of real, structured work, not a quick fix

Book Consultation

The first step is a 30-minute consultation (£75). A direct, honest look at where you're stuck and whether The Foundation Program is the right fit for you.

If you go on to join The Foundation Program, your £75 is fully credited off the full price of your 1:1 program which is £1,350 (this can be paid in three installments if needed).
