Foundation Programme terms

These terms form the agreement for the 12-week Foundation Programme provided by Josh Llewellyn-Jones, trading as JoshLJ24 Coaching in the United Kingdom. Please read them before purchasing the programme.

Accepting this agreement

When you tick the terms acceptance box at Stripe checkout and complete payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Your Stripe payment confirmation provides a record of the transaction and your acceptance. If Josh agrees an alternative bank-transfer schedule with you, your contract is formed when you accept that schedule and these terms in writing.

The service

The Foundation Programme is twelve weeks of personalised one-to-one coaching. Your start date, session timetable and delivery format will be confirmed with you during onboarding. Coaching is educational and developmental; it is not medical care, psychotherapy, financial advice or a substitute for support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Price and payment

The total programme price is £2,497. If you previously paid £75 for a consultation and then join the programme, that payment is credited towards the total price, leaving £2,422 to pay. Any alternative payment schedule must be agreed privately and in writing before the programme begins, is offered at JoshLJ24 Coaching’s discretion and may be collected by bank transfer. It divides the fixed programme fee—it is not a monthly membership or a cancel-anytime subscription.

If an eligible customer selects a third-party payment option such as Klarna at Stripe checkout, that provider’s separate eligibility decision and terms also apply. Subject to your statutory rights and JoshLJ24 Coaching delivering the agreed service, choosing not to attend or continue after the programme has started does not automatically cancel the contract or remove responsibility for the agreed programme price.

Your 14-day cancellation right

If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. The programme will normally begin after this cancellation period. If you expressly ask in writing for coaching to begin sooner and then cancel within the 14 days, you may be charged a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

To cancel, email support@joshlj24.com. Clearly state that you wish to cancel the Foundation Programme and include your name, the email address used at checkout, purchase date and, if known, programme start date. After the statutory cancellation period, the programme is a fixed commitment rather than a cancel-anytime membership. This does not affect any legal rights you have if the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as agreed.

Appointments and participation

You are responsible for attending agreed sessions and engaging honestly with the work. If either party needs to rearrange a session, they should give as much notice as reasonably possible. Any individual scheduling or pause arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Results and responsibility

Josh will deliver the programme with reasonable care and skill. Coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances and participation, so no specific personal, professional, health or financial result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
