Josh Llewellyn-Jones OBE
I'm not a coach who has read up about Cystic Fibrosis, I'm a coach who lives with it. I've completed extreme physical challenges (including lifting 1 million kg in 24 hours) and raised over £1 million for CF charities. I've coached dozens of Cystic Fibrosis families and people with CF directly all over the World and one thing is certain, parents need support to be blessed to show up for their child every day without burning out.
In the 6-week program
Six weekly live sessions (60–75 min each), one topic per week

Week 1
Story, state, strategy
The story you tell yourself about a hard day shapes how you actually cope with it and most parents are running on autopilot stories that keep them stuck. This week, you'll learn the exact framework for catching that story in real time and rewriting it, so a bad clinic appointment or a rough night doesn't derail your whole week.

Week 4
Communication & Persuasion
Getting a child or teenager to genuinely cooperate when it comes to medication, exercise, or anything else, is completely different from getting them to comply through pressure. This week you'll learn real, practical language for building buy-in, especially with teens pushing for independence around their own care.

Week 2
Building resilience
Resilience isn't something you either have or don't, it's trainable, just like any other skill. This week breaks down exactly how to build it deliberately, so showing up steady for your child isn't down to luck or sheer willpower, but something you can genuinely rely on.

Week 5
Environment & Support
Who and what surrounds you either feeds your resilience or quietly drains it. This week is about identifying the difference between support that genuinely helps and well-meaning pressure that doesn't and building the right environment around you, especially through the hardest weeks.

Week 3
Understanding your child
Every child is wired differently, and understanding your child's natural tendencies changes everything about how you approach treatment routines, hospital stays, and daily life together. This week gives you a practical lens to finally understand why your child responds the way they do — and how to work with it, not against it.

Week 6
Round-Up + Your 1:1
Everything comes together here. The five frameworks distilled into a plan that's actually yours, followed by a personal 1:1 session with me to apply it directly to your family's exact situation. You don't leave with theory. You leave with a plan.
Who is this for?
You're a parent of a child with Cystic Fibrosis
