Body Part Split Programme


The Body Part Split Programme focuses on one body part per training day. Spread across 5 days per week, this programme lasts 12 weeks. The exercises change as the weeks go on to keep the muscles working hard to adapt. 


The weeks alternate between heavier weeks (the odd numbered weeks) and lighter, higher volume weeks. The higher volume weeks gradually increase in volume as the programme progresses, whereas the heavier weeks decrease in volume. 


Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Duration: 12 weeks (5 days per week)
Goal: Build Lean Muscle (Hypertrophy), Build Strength
Uses RPE: Yes

Uses 1RM %: No
