High Volume Programme (Build Lean Muscle)


The High Volume Programme is built arund the ethos of the 8X8 model of building lean muscle. With the high volume and low weight with minimal rest periods (ideally 15s), the weight you lift will be significantly reduced and the sets shoud only continue if deemed effective.   programme is a 4 day per week programme which spans over an 8 week training block. 


Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Duration: 12 weeks (6 days per week)
Goal: High Volume, Hypertrophy
Uses RPE: Yes

Uses 1RM %: No
