Foundation Mass Programme


The Foundation Mass Programme is built around just 6 exercises per workout, 3 times per week. Designed for the beginner but can also be used if you want a standard weekly routine to add in to your other fitness routines. You can add weight with each week if you want to progress whilst getting used to the exercises.


Level: Novice
Duration: 12 weeks (3 days per week)
Goal: Build Mass + Strength
Uses RPE: No

Uses 1RM %: No


All Lift Club Fitness Programmes are built on spreadsheets for you to enter your own numbers so you can easily track your progress.
